RULES & POLICIES

The Club Rules are designed so that the Club House may be enjoyed by Sulgrave members, guests, and reciprocal club members.

RECIPROCAL CLUB MEMBERS

Members of clubs with reciprocity with the Sulgrave Club may make reservations for private parties, guest rooms, dining, and club events with the Front Desk. A letter of introduction from the reciprocal club must be emailed to the Sulgrave Club Front Desk.

MEMBER PRIVACY

The use of cellular phones, personal computers, and other electronic devices is not permitted, except in guest rooms and the Members Room.

DRESS CODE

Appropriate dress is required in the public rooms of the Club at all times. Appropriate attire for ladies shall include suits, dresses, skirts or pants with jackets or elegant sweaters of equivalent formality to the coats and ties that are required for gentlemen. Jackets with no ties are only permitted at breakfast in the dining room Monday through Saturday. Casual slacks, jeans, and athletic attire are not considered appropriate.

SMOKING

The Club House is a smoke-free environment.

PETS

Pets, except Seeing Eye dogs, are not permitted in the Club House.

VALET PARKING
